These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on nurey.store by customers in the United Kingdom and the United States. Where a specific rule differs between the two, the relevant country section below applies to your order.

nurey.store and the NŪREY brand are operated by Sukirthan ASOKUMAR, a French sole trader ("entreprise individuelle") registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register (RCS Bordeaux) under number 883 462 715, with a registered address at 4B Rue François Arago, 33160 Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, France. By placing an order on nurey.store, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
3. Products
Products are described as accurately as possible on the site. Photographs and illustrations are for reference and are not contractually binding.
4. Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in your local currency (GBP for UK orders, USD for US orders) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, before payment. We may change prices at any time; your order is billed at the price shown at the time you complete checkout.
5. Order acceptance and payment
Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email summarising your order is sent to you. Payment is processed online at checkout using the payment methods offered on the site.

7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation rights, returns and refunds — including the different rules that apply in the United Kingdom versus the United States, and the exception for opened cosmetic products — are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
10. United States — consumer protections
If you are a consumer in the United States, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or waive any consumer protection or warranty you are entitled to under applicable federal or state law.
11. Your obligations
You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and to use the products in line with the instructions provided.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, the NŪREY brand) is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
13. Personal data

14. Governing law and dispute resolution
